The Fly (1958)
Appearance and Physical Traits[]
Human flies have a fly head, a fly left hand,[1] one fly leg,[2] and a human right hand.[3] Their head is mostly green with huge compound eyes taking up the bulk of it and insect mouthparts which are only capable of making buzzing sounds instead of human speech[4] and contains a proboscis.[2]
Human flies also have fly wings that unfold from the shoulders[2] and are strong enough to fly with, they also reflect rainbows in the sun[5] much like their red eyes.[2]
They bleed a whitish yellow paste.[6]
Socio-Cultural Characteristics[]
Not being able to talk they use preprinted cards to communicate[7] and apparently they commonly work for the JPL or similar groups.[2]
Skills, Abilities and Weaknesses[]
Flight: can fly using their wings.[2]
Wallcrawling: can stick to glass windows.[2]
Enhanced Strength: supposed to be pretty strong like their insect brethren.[2]
Conversion: Can turn humans into Human flies.
Newspapers (possibly): phobia, Newspapers will cause Human flies to panic and flee.[2]
Insecticide: weakness, Insecticide can kill Human flies.[2]
